The School of Adaptive Agriculture has embarked on the goal of “educating the whole farmer” in sustainable agriculture — sustainable environmentally, economically, and socially. Our efforts wouldn’t be possible without generous support from people like you.
We have a few different ways to become involved with the school:
The volunteer days are education, informative, social and of course fun. Open to everyone, these days have been designed to get you involved in the process of growing your own food. This is a great way to understand the science, the soil, the animals and the systems all involved in growing your own food.
The volunteer days are run periodically, please write to ask about future dates. Come join excited like-minded people, get some sun on your back and some dirt under your nails- it’s good for you (seriously, the minerals in soil are absorbed by your skin… get dirty, get healthy!)
We partner with local organizations to increase awareness amongst local farmers about their local community. Many of our partners have made equipment or material contributions. To see the list of equipment we are still looking for, please click the button below:
As a non-profit, we are always looking for support of our operations. If you think that the promoting the welfare of small scale food production is a good thing, that you’d like to support, then please consider making a donation.
Your tax deductible contribution can be made through North Coast Opportunities, Inc., a 501(c)3.
