Takashi Yogi is a retired medical electronics engineer who has been teaching industrial skills at the farm school. This includes carpentry, plumbing, electricity, and engine maintenance and repair. He has over sixty years of experience fixing everything from cars to computer to clocks. Takashi’s classes cover safety and practical use of tools, and students are encouraged to ask for help with individual construction or repair projects. Takashi also volunteers in the construction of buildings for the school, including outdoor kitchen and shower structures, and a dining octagon. Students assisted with all of these projects. At home he manages five acres, with a large garden and orchard.
